Mobile App Development

Mobile apps people keep on their phones

An app earns its place on a phone when it makes a frequent task faster — booking, re-ordering, tracking or paying. We help you decide whether you need an app at all, then build one that does a few things very well.

The problem and our solution

Why many apps get uninstalled

  • They copy the website instead of making one task faster
  • Separate Android and iOS builds double the cost
  • No admin panel, so every change needs a developer
  • Launch day arrives with no plan for updates

Our approach

We identify the one or two actions your customers repeat most and design the app around them. One codebase covers Android and iOS, and every app ships with a web admin panel.

  • Cross-platform apps (Flutter / React Native)
  • Booking, ordering and delivery apps
  • Admin panels and APIs
  • Play Store and App Store publishing

Process

How a mobile apps project runs

Each step ends with something you can review, so you’re never waiting in the dark.

  1. Step 1: Validate

We check whether an app, a PWA or a better website is the right answer for your goal.

  2. Step 2: Flows & prototype

Clickable prototype of the core flows, tested with a few real users.

  3. Step 3: Build

App, backend and admin panel built in parallel, with test builds on your phone every sprint.

  4. Step 4: Store launch

Store listings, screenshots, privacy details and submission handled for you.

  5. Step 5: Improve

Crash monitoring, updates for new OS versions and new features from user feedback.

Deliverables

What you get

  • Android & iOS appsOne codebase, native performance
  • Admin panelManage users, orders, content and notifications
  • Backend & APIsSecure server, database and integrations
  • Push notificationsOrder updates, reminders and offers
  • Store publishingGoogle Play and Apple App Store submission

What we don’t do

If your customers use you once a year, an app is usually the wrong tool. A fast mobile website or WhatsApp flow will reach more people for less money.

FAQ

Mobile Apps: common questions

Android first, or both platforms?

With Flutter or React Native we build both from one codebase, so launching on both rarely costs much more. In India we often launch on Android first if budget is tight.

How long does an app take to build?

A focused first version usually takes 8–14 weeks including the admin panel. Store review adds a few days, sometimes longer for Apple.

What happens after launch?

Apps need updates when Android and iOS change. We offer support plans covering OS updates, fixes and small improvements, agreed in writing.

Do I need a company account for the app stores?

Yes — the developer accounts should be in your company’s name so you own the listing. We guide you through setting them up.
